No. 2 Folding Brownie (1904)

This dainty little camera was intended for children and easy to use, although not as simple as a box brownie. The shutter has settings for I, B and T (instant, bulb and time) and there are three apertures. It can be focused at 8, 20 and 100 foot positions.

The camera was made from April 1904 until June 1907, when it was replaced by the No. 2 Folding Pocket Brownie. It cost $ 5 and took pictures of 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 inch (6 x 8 cm) on rollfilm. Is was quite a popular machine, as 76,000 were made during its short lifetime.
